All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be charged in AUD at checkout.
Processing & Shipping Times
We take great care in fulfilling every order, especially custom-made products, which require 1-2 days to curate (each order takes between 1-2 hours to handcraft). Once fulfilled, your order will be shipped via standard postage, which typically takes 4-6 business days within Australia.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking number and contact the shipping company directly. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at info@hooperruff.com.
Christmas Shipping Deadline
Christmas is one of the busiest times of the year for postal services, and both private and public couriers experience significant delays. Australia Post, in particular, struggles with high demand, which may result in delayed or late packages.
To ensure your gifts arrive in time, we highly recommend placing your Christmas orders by December 8th for delivery within Australia. Orders placed after this date may be subject to extended delivery times, and we cannot guarantee pre-Christmas arrival.
Busy Sale Periods
During major sales events, you may experience longer processing and shipping times due to a higher volume of orders. These periods include:
- Black Friday (Last Friday in November)
- Cyber Monday (The Monday after Black Friday)
- Boxing Day (December 26th)
- End-of-Financial-Year Sales (June-July)
- Seasonal Promotions (Spring, Summer, Autumn & Winter Collection Launches)
